Website Article: slowdownstupid.niobe132004.net/crashes/fatal/20101022-australia-southaustralia-sisters-killed-in-car-surfing-accident.phpIn respect to the family, I won't say my true thoughts. But I will say, if you car surf, then this is likely what will happen to you. Beyond the obvious, both drivers were unlicensed, which is another huge no-no, both from safety aspects and law aspects. If you don't have a license, don't get behind the wheel in the first place, it doesn't matter if you've previously held a license or not. But I do have a question which can't be answered. What was a supposedly responsible 30-year-old woman doing allowing her young and impressionable children to watch such a stunt? What was she doing not only allowing her 18-year-old sister to car-surf, but allowing her 19-year-old sister to watch it, and then doing it herself? Where's the responsibility? Has the world gotten to such a point where such responsibility of adults no longer exists? I'm 30. But never in my wildest dreams would I even think of either allowing or doing such a stunt. Where's the sense? - Niobe.
