As of yet, I don't know enough about this crash to really comment on it. The only thing I know is that the mum was trying to overtake another vehicle when she lost control. I don't know whether it was bad judgement on her part, or whether another vehicle's driver had bad judgement, or what.
But I will say, it's a bad crash, whatever happened.
Note that this was formerly a non-fatal crash. One of the children has passed away.
